The Countryfile Live excitement is building.

During the Crufts show back in March we were approached by the Countryfile Live team to join them at their Summer show this August 4-7th. Despite knowing we’d be up to our furry neck getting ready for the Christmas season (which for us starts at the end of August) and juggling the staff summer holiday rota, we said yes :-). After all, who can resist sitting in a tent playing shops!

So Gavin, my big brother and the Little Dog’s MD and his good wife are all set for some quality couple time together camping by night and selling by day. Nathan, my little brother and Little Dog Logistics Manager, will join them at the weekend so they have one extra set of hands to go on the ice cream run.

Back at the studio Alison, our sewing genius in R&D has been beavering away to ensure we have lots of fabric handmade temptations to offer. These gift lines are exclusive to us and can’t be bought anywhere else other than at our stand and via our website. We create with very small fabric runs which helps to avoid sewing monotony but more importantly ensures the gift is rather special as there are never more than five of any one colour way.

Alongside the fabric goodies we’ll be taking lots of our greeting cards, prints, china mugs, coasters etc and if there is room in the van we’ll squeeze in some bargains including one off sample items.
