Murphy aka Little Man bounced into Kate’s life when he was just 8 weeks old & promptly tore up all of her notebooks. Being a Border Collie, he found Kate very easy to train. With his expressive eyebrows he only has to look at an object & then back at Kate & she knows instantly what he wants. At times he believes she’s part canine. Murphy loves his toys & knows all their names, he gets Kate to call out snowman, turkey, ball or rope, then he’ll race off to another room & trot back, tail high, beaming with pride with the correct toy in his mouth. Little Man loves the pub, he loves people & will say hello to everyone whether he knows them or not. A companion for life, Murphy has helped Kate through many tough times. When her Dad was terminally ill, Little Man, (or as her Dad always called him, “Old Chap”) would visit him in the home & the enormous smile on her Dad’s face was pure gold. Gorgeous, Little Man, Murphy, you couldn’t wish for more.
