Where’s my order Little Dog?
It’s safe, it’s in the queue and we are upping our efforts to get it to you as quickly as possible but here’s the rub. At the Little Dog, 3 of our team are considered high risk. 1 has a vulnerable partner and 1 of us recently tested positive for Covid. So we are more conscious than ever about allowing plenty of space, washing hands and wiping surfaces. In the past we’d rope in family or friends and move our manpower to Dispatch but now we can’t all be in there at once. Therefore, we are working evening shifts and collating the orders three days ahead, this way it has time to sit before Dispatch packs it. We are currently looking at a 3 working day lead time. On top of this, you may have read that Royal Mail is also experiencing a huge increase in parcels, so in a nutshell there are delays all round. The current advice is to try and place internet orders by the 15th to have the best chance of a pre Christmas delivery. Fingers crossed, with non essential shops now open, this might ease the pressure on the postal systems.
