Jules certainly wasn’t in the market for a third hound when she idly found herself scrolling through Facebook one evening. She already had Riz & Reno and life with Lurchers was crazy enough thank you very much. Then up popped the picture of Remy. You so know where this is going right?! One call later to the rescue centre and a home visit was arranged. The second Jules met him she knew he’d be joining her tribe. Remy came from a multi dog, urban household. A truly tragic creature, he had never been walked, had no strength in his legs and could hardly run. His only view of the outside world was the one from the back garden. How life has changed and how Remy has changed! From town to countryside, Remy is now fit, strong and fast. Very fast. Making up for lost time, he adores tearing round the fields at breakneck speeds. He also likes walking along the kitchen worktops hunting for butter! Daft, noisy and as mad as a hatter, young Remy is sweet-natured, very loving and like many Lurchers, big on snuggling up on the sofa.
